This privacy policy notifies you about how Steltech Structural Limited and any other members of the New Zealand Steel group (we, us, our) collect, hold, use and share your personal information.  “Personal information” is information that is about you as an individual. 

We take your privacy seriously and this privacy policy, and our practices, comply with the Privacy Act 2020.

The types of personal information we collect from you will depend on the nature of our interactions with you and the circumstances in which your personal information is collected.  It may include your name, email address and other contact details, and occupation and bank account details.  Where we conduct a credit check on you, we may also collect information about your credit history including from third parties providers.

We collect personal information directly from you in the course of our day-to-day business activities, such as when you call or email us, or provide us with your information in person.

We also collect your personal information when you use our websites, including when you actively provide your information to us, for example through the “contact us” page).  Our websites also use cookies to provide information and services to web site visitors.
